Had to do this so I could add commentary heh.

This literally happened to me today! I saw this on my dash last night, laughed about it, dismissed it. This morning I took a physics exam (on momentum and impulse) and the bonus question gave us the mass of earth and asked us to find the radius from that. There must be a way to do it but I don’t know it…all I could think about was how it had nothing to do with momentum and impulse…and this tumblr post.

I should just memorize the radius (which, in case you wanted to know, is 6378.1 km). You know, in case we’re ever on Jeopardy or something.

Wait a second…the earth isn’t even a perfect sphere. This just keeps getting more smdh-worthy. I’ll shut up now.

So, for the same amount, we could have sent a prison inmate to a private school from kindergarten through 12th grade, and still had over $24,000 left over for college.

“It’s a very expensive hotel man. You gotta feed them for three meals a day. You have to provide recreation. You have to provide security. You have to provide medical care. These guys don’t pay taxes. They don’t work. It’s money that goes one way only.”
