hi, i'm doing the same thing for lent! do you ever get tired from the lack of protein? i've been so lazy to do anything :(hi! yeah I looked up how much protein people are supposed to eat; it’s about 46 g per day for women (according to Web MD)
I’ve actually been more energized than usual. It’s either from the alternate sources of protein I’ve been finding or maybe it’s just in my head lol. I really like black beans and Greek yogurt and just found this comprehensive list today, check it out!
